International Staff Week Erasmus+ – April 2026 | University of Jaén
The Vice-Rectorate for Internationalisation of the University of Jaén is pleased to invite your institution to participate in the International Staff Week Erasmus+ – April 2026, which will take place from 20 to 24 April 2026 at our university.
This Staff Week is open to academic staff and administrative and support staff from international higher education institutions interested in exchanging experiences, sharing good practices and strengthening interinstitutional cooperation within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.
The programme will combine institutional sessions, training activities and collaborative working spaces, offering participants an in-depth overview of the University of Jaén’s management model, internationalisation strategy and involvement in European initiatives, particularly Erasmus+. Cultural activities showcasing the rich social and cultural heritage of the province of Jaén will also be included.
Within the general programme, a parallel side event entitled “NEOLAiA Focus on Engineering & Education – IFME” will take place on 21 and 22 April 2026. This thematic event is conceived as a complementary activity and does not exclude participation in the full Staff Week programme.

We are delighted to invite you to be part of our 9th International Week which will be held from April 20th to 24th 2026 in Angers, France.
The theme of this year's Staff Week is Understanding behavioural preferences to boost communication collaboration, and team cohesion. All the activities will be in English.
The participation fee is 250 €. It includes all visits on the program, workshops, 1 farewell reception and 2 lunches.

The number of participants is limited, so if the number of applications received exceeds this figure, an internal selection process will be carried out based on the following criteria: Fluency in English (C1 equivalent), quality of the application, geographical and institutional balance; administrative staff and academic representatives proportionality; and gender equality.

Invitation to Universitat de Girona’s 2nd International Staff Week
We are thrilled to announce that the Universitat de Girona (UdG) will host its 2nd International Staff Week, taking place from June 1st to June 5th, 2026, in the beautiful city of Girona, Catalonia.
The Staff Week will be conducted fully in English and is aimed at International Officers or staff members involved in international affairs.

Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses, ideally through Erasmus+ STT funds available at their home institutions.

Empowering Sustainability in Erasmus
Afyon Kocatepe University is delighted to invite all our partner and non-partner institutions to participate in the 12th Erasmus+ International Week titled "Empowering Sustainability in Erasmus" from 4th of May and 8th of May 2026, in Afyonkarahisar, Turkiye.
Our week is directed to three main strands of participants:

Our main aim is to share our experience in the frame of our internationalization strategy, to host new participants from EU and non-EU countries, and to find new pathways to sustain the Erasmus+ mobilities. The participants get in touch with their peers, especially for networking. We seek active participation and would be happy to welcome colleagues from all departments and other associated fields of work. The language of International Week is English.
Also, we are organizing a trip to Hierapolis (Pamukkale, Denizli, Turkey), Şirince (a small village near İzmir), and Ephesus (famous ancient ruins near İzmir) on 7th May (arrival) and 8th May (departure). You can buy your departure tickets from İzmir. The transportation for the trip will be free of charge, but participants will cover accommodation.

Call for Interest – Staff Participation in Université Côte d’Azur Summer School
Université Côte d’Azur (UniCA) is pleased to inform you that we are organizing an international Summer School entitled “Glocal Leadership”, which will take place from 6 to 24 July 2026 in Nice, France. The programme will host 160 to 200 international students (Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD levels) from universities worldwide. In order to support the academic and intercultural activities of the Summer School, UniCA is seeking teaching and/or administrative staff who could act as group facilitators in English.
Participation & Funding
Staff members interested in participating may apply for Erasmus+ staff mobility funding (KA131) through their home institution, subject to institutional approval and availability of budget. UniCA will provide accommodation in a university residence for the full three-week duration of the Summer School.
A Training for Trainers programme (2–3 days, online or on-site) will be offered in advance to prepare selected participants for their role.
Application Procedure - Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit:
• a Curriculum Vitae, and
• a motivation letter outlining their interest and relevant experience.

We are very pleased to let you know that we are going to hold the International Staff Exchange Week in 2026.
The event is going to take place from June 8 – June 12 in 2026.
The program will be designed for members of International Offices *and* for teaching staff as well. University of Trento - International Staff week 2026
The University of Trento is pleased to invite you to the International Staff Week 2026 "Future-Ready Universities. Navigating Challenges in International Mobility and Research". It will take place in the Erasmus+ BIP format in collaboration with the University of Twente and the Autonomous University of Barcelona with virtual activities on 28th and 29th April 2026 and the on campus part from 11th to 15th May 2026 .
Universities are navigating rapid global transformations that demand new strategies, innovative mindsets and strong international cooperation.
Through a Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) approach, participants will collaborate in international teams to explore how universities can remain future-ready, resilient and sustainable. The working groups are organized into two tracks: "International mobility" and "Research".
The challenge consists of analyzing these implications and defining an effective medium- to long-term strategy (5–10 years) that enables universities to respond successfully to these urgent challenges while remaining sustainable and resilient in the future.
The programme also includes a Study Abroad Fair on Wednesday, 13th May to promote our partner institutions and exchange opportunities among UniTrento students. Please consider that partner institutions may choose to delegate the participation to their outgoing students currently at UniTrento.
Also scheduled are networking and cultural activities in Trento and the surrounding areas.

We are proud to inform you about our very first Erasmus+ teaching week!
We kindly invite your academic staff to apply to METU Teaching Week, a structured, high-impact Erasmus+ KA131 Incoming Teaching Staff Mobility hosted 13–17 April 2026 on our campus. The application window is 6 October–10 November 2025.
This year’s theme is Ethics, Responsibility & Sustainability in Engineering. We welcome faculty members from Engineering and experts from related areas (e.g., Engineering Education) who can contribute to first-year introductory courses. Minimum B2 English is expected as per the IIA.
What the week includes:
• 8 hours of teaching (lectures, seminars, or workshops) over five days
• Departmental engagement (guest lectures/class visits), research center & lab visits
• METU Technopolis (Technopark) tour & stakeholder meetings
• Guided campus experience and networking; opening briefing & closing gala
• Capacity limited to 30 participants to maximise interaction
How to apply (through your institution):
1. Interested academics first apply to their home university for Erasmus+ staff teaching funding.
2. After your internal selection, please e-mail METU the signed Mobility Proposal (attached), CV, and passport/ID copy.
3. Deadline: 10 November 2025.

Please ensure an Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) with METU that covers teaching mobility. If not in place, we can conclude one prior to the visit, subject to mutual confirmation.
