Call for Institutional Partners – Erasmus+ BIP Summer School 2026
We are pleased to invite your institution to join CROSSWORLDS – Multilingual and Intercultural Encounters across Borders, an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) to be held at the University of Enna “Kore” (Sicily, Italy) from 8 to 14 June 2026, with additional online sessions before and after the on-site week.
The programme is organised by the Department of Classical, Foreign Languages and Education Studies and focuses on multilingualism, intercultural communication and inclusive practices in contemporary Europe. CROSSWORLDS explores how languages and cultures cross borders and shape meaning, identity and social participation, combining virtual exchange with an intensive on-site experience.
We are currently seeking an additional institutional partner within the EU interested in participating in this BIP by:
• sending 5–10 students per institution, and
• involving teaching staff in the academic activities.
Programme highlights include:
• online introductory and follow-up sessions,
• lectures and workshops on multilingualism, intercultural communication and inclusion,
• collaborative academic and digital projects,
• a cultural excursion and guided intercultural reflection activities.
The programme is open to students and staff from Erasmus Charter institutions and awards a minimum of 3 ECTS credits. Erasmus+ funding covers programme organisation and student/staff mobility in accordance with BIP regulations.

BIP Program for Teachers - University of Gdańsk
Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes at the University of Trento
We are happy to announce and invite your students to participate in the Blended Intensive Programmes/Short term programme (STP) organized at the University of Trento during the Spring Semester 2026.
Your students will have the opportunity to engage in real life problems, find creative solutions and gain relevant skills for their future in an international environment in contact with business companies and public organizations.
Here is the programme of each BIP/STP organized according to the Erasmus+ rules: a combination of physical mobility (5 days) and virtual activities awarding a minimum of 3 ECTS:
SOI 128 - Engaging with the Futures - Resilient Communities. In-presence classes run from 16th to 20th March 2026 in Trento. (This will be a Short mobility programme, so your students will be eligible to receive an Erasmus+ grant, but we will not report the challenge as a BIP in the Beneficiary Module).
SOI 160 - Social Media Detox Camp (challenge). In-presence classes run from 03rd to 08th May 2026 in Trento (This will be a BIP).
SOI 161 - Soft Skills (micromodulo blended). In-presence classes run from April 20th to 24th 2026 in Trento (This will be a BIP).

BIP: Designing a sustainable and responsible education program
We are pleased to invite you to participate in an upcoming BIP dedicated to sustainable and responsible teaching, organized by the UNIgreen European University Alliance.
From 16 to 20 February 2026, in Liège (Belgium) — with an online session scheduled on 11 February at 14:00 — UNIgreen will host the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP):
Designing a Sustainable and Responsible Education Program.
This programme is aimed at established or future teachers, educational developers, and higher education professionals, and it will:
• Strengthen the understanding of current sustainability challenges and the role of higher education in the green transition.
• Provide practical tools for integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and green competences into curricula.
• Explore concrete approaches to support students in facing environmental and social challenges.
• Offer opportunities to collaborate with international experts and create connections between institutions committed to sustainability.

The BIP will combine interactive workshops, field activities, expert contributions, and ready-to-use teaching resources.
We would be delighted to welcome representatives from your institution to contribute to this collaborative effort and to enrich the exchange of ideas. If you wish to participate, please confirm your interest before 14th of January (application deadline).

Invitation THM, Germany Blended Summer School 2026
THM University of Applied Sciences would like to invite your students to participate in our Blended Summer School Mechanical Engineering & Energy Technology from July 3rd - 17th. The online lectures in June are part of the curriculum and mandatory for all participants. Undergraduate students may select one out of two learning tracks:
Track A: Applied AI in Engineering & Sustainable Fuels
Track B: Technical Design & Vehicle Dynamics
The Summer school is free of charge for students from our partner institutions and may award 7,5 ECTS.
During the interactive courses, students will experience close contact to German students and companies as well as experts in this field. There will also be field trips to a variety of regional cities and a fun social programme.
*Duration:* online: 2-3 online sessions, in-person: July 3rd - 17th, 2026.
*Application deadline: 31 January 2026.* If there are free spots remaining after the deadline, later applications are accepted.
You may fund students through the Erasmus+ programme (blended mobility).

BIP in Evolutionary Ecology and Biology 2026
We are pleased to announce that the Faculty of Science of the University of Montpellier is organising a BIP on the topic of Evolutionary Ecology and Biology.
This program offers participants the opportunity to attend lectures entirely taught in English, given by professors and researchers and visit various laboratories within the University of Montpellier. The courses are complemented by social and cultural events, as well as field trips.
The University of Montpellier is at the forefront of research documenting the impact of global climate change on ecosystem functioning, unveiling rapid and unpredictable environmental changes. This selective, interdisciplinary BIP is open to third year Bachelor, Master and PhD students, with an undergraduate/Master degree in ecology/evolution, geography, and related disciplines.
The Eco-Evo BIP will take place from June 22 to July 1, 2026.

BIP One Health - Faculty of Science of Montpellier
We are pleased to announce that the Faculty of Science of the University of Montpellier is organising a BIP on the topic of One Health. This program offers participants the opportunity to attend lectures entirely taught in English, given by professors and researchers and visit various platforms within the University of Montpellier. The courses are complemented by social and cultural events. One Health approach involves experts in human, animal, environmental health, and other relevant disciplines and sectors in monitoring and controlling public health threats. Learn about how diseases spread among people, animals, plants, and the environment.
This selective, interdisciplinary BIP is open to third year Bachelor, Master & PhD students, with an undergraduate or Master's degree in Biology and related disciplines. The BIP One Health will take place from June 1rst to June 10, 2026.

Internationalisation in Language Courses in Higher Education
We are pleased to announce our upcoming Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) on Internationalisation in Language Courses in Higher Education, designed for teaching staff of language centres at European universities and universities of applied sciences.
The programme offers an opportunity to exchange ideas, develop strategies, and design innovative approaches to integrating international perspectives into language teaching. Participants will work collaboratively across institutions and disciplines – both online and during a one-week on-site phase at our university.
In a time shaped by rapid technological change, AI-driven transformation, and global uncertainty, the internationalisation of the language classroom offers a meaningful way to strengthen collaboration, openness, and resilience across higher education.
