Xamk is happy to announce that we will be hosting our traditional International Week on 17.-21. November 2025 at our Kouvola campus! We warmly welcome all our partners to the event. The event is organized by the Department of Business, the Department of Culture, and Internationalisation Services.

This year’s theme is Global minds, united vision: Standing together in a world of change.

In a time when the world faces division, uncertainty, and rapid change, we gather to celebrate what brings us together — our cultures, our values, and our shared humanity. International Week is a testament to the power of cooperation, respect, and understanding across borders. Let our differences be the strength that unites us. Together, as global minds with a united vision, we create hope, build peace, and shape a better tomorrow.

During the week, the theme will be explored through:
• an inspiring keynote speech
• introducing opportunities for internationalisation for students
• enhancing international competences of university staff and students
• introducing Indian culture
• enjoying traditional Finnish winter activities

The detailed programme will be announced later, but in addition to what is already mentioned, it will include lectures provided by guest lecturers and theme-related workshops. We will also have an international food tasting event, which has always been a huge success! Please note that Monday is reserved for arriving to Kouvola and we will have a welcome dinner in the evening.
The enrollment ends on September 30th, so there is plenty of time to arrange your visit.

Staff Week at Bursa Uludağ University

We are honored to invite you to the Staff Week Event, which will be hosted for the second time by our University at the main campus in Bursa, the capital of history and culture, from October 13-16, 2025. Our University, located in Bursa, comprises 15 Faculties, 2 Vocational Schools, 15 Vocational High Schools, 1 Conservatory, 4 Institutes, 27 Application and Research Centers, and 1 Research Center.

Applications for the event, which will be accepted from June 1 to July 12, 2025, will be limited to 25 participants to facilitate the sharing of experiences and ensure more effective communication with academic and administrative staff. Special attention will be given to international diversity to ensure the event is productive for all participants, and applications will be evaluated with this criterion as a priority. We aim to conduct the event with a limited number of participants from each university to promote collaboration with partner universities through the resulting diversity.

The purpose of our first event is to get to know you, our valuable participant universities, and colleagues closely, and to enable our university students to make more informed choices regarding their learning mobility by meeting you. In addition to presentations and fair activities, our event will include faculty and department visits and will conclude with a social event and tour on the final day.

The Polytechnic University of Beja is very pleased to invite Administrative and Teaching Staff from partner institutions to participate in the IPBeja Erasmus Week taking place in Beja from 13 to 17 October 2025.

The IPBeja Erasmus Week is a lively multicultural forum aimed at the exchange of good practices. Colleagues from partner institutions are invited to carry out Erasmus missions, for training or teaching,  and to visit our Campus.

The programme                

  • Programme is focusing both training and teaching activities for administrative and academic staff of the partner higher education institutions.
  • Administrative and technical staff applicants should choose in advance, which IPBeja service/area they would like to visit, attend training activities and contact with local colleagues. The possibilities are: 1) Financial and Human Resources Services; 2) Student Support Services; 3) Library; 4) ICT Support Services; 5) Image and Communication Services; 6) Exchange and International Cooperation
  • Academic staff should select in which IPBeja School they would like to carry out the teaching or training mission, accordingly to the following: Agriculture, Education, Health and Technology and Management
  • During the IPBeja Erasmus Week, participants are invited to introduce their home country and institution (10 min presentation).
  • Besides the teaching&training activities, the programme also includes an opening plenary session and a cultural/social program.

Babes-Bolyai University - Business International Teaching Week

The Faculty of Business is proud to announce the opening edition of International Teaching Week, taking place from November 17 to 21, 2025!
This exciting week will be full of enriching academic and professional experiences centered around the theme: "Business Education for the Future: Preparing Students for an Uncertain Global Economy." As part of this initiative, we warmly invite teaching staff from partner universities to contribute by submitting proposals to teach one or two topics. These topics should align with cutting-edge themes in global business education and be structured for delivery in two sessions (3 hours each).

Invitation Staff Week on Dual Studies in Higher Education

Duale Hochschule Baden-Wuerttemberg (DHBW) Mannheim is excited to invite you to our Staff Week on "Dual Studies in Higher Education - Enhancing Student Employability" from 30 June - 4 July 2025.  A key element of the EU Modernization Agenda for Higher Education is the reform of educational approaches to align with the demands of the labor market. It is evident that dual study programs, which offer a structured combination of academic and professional training, are particularly well-suited to address these challenges, because they focus on the cultivation of relevant skills, qualifications, and graduate employability.

Why should you participate?

This event is a unique chance to learn about dual studies in higher education. It brings together staff and educators involved in dual study programs to share their knowledge and best practices. This week will also help professionals from all over Europe and beyond to connect with each other and discuss the possible implementation of dual study programs. By attending this event, you will also have the opportunity to participate in field trips that will provide insight into the local industries that support dual studies. And finally, you'll get to go on cultural tours of regional landmarks, including some world heritage sites in Speyer and beautiful spots along the German Wine Route.

We strongly advice to the participants to submit the filled application as soon as it`s possible, who needs visa to enter Switzerland and who needs more financial documentation in the work place for his/her participation.

Scholarship: IPD offer several type of scholarship support to reduce the participation fee amount for most needed potential participants from all over the world counties.
If you wish to get discounted participation fee amount, please write your request briefly via email before or during the application submission period.
Unfortunately IPD scholarship sources do not cover all the participation fee amount and international travel expenses and we only could offer you discounted fee amount.

Universitat de Girona (UdG) will host its 1st International Staff Week, taking place from June 2nd to June 6th, 2025, in the beautiful city of Girona, Catalonia.

The Staff Week will be conducted fully in English and is aimed at International Officers or staff members involved in international affairs.

Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses, ideally through Erasmus+ STT funds available at their home institutions.
