During Staff week, participants will have the opportunity to:
• Exchange good practices and learn from real case studies shared by IRO specialists.
• Take part in job-shadowing activities, offering a closer look at how our office works and how we handle international cooperation.
• Strengthen partnerships, explore possibilities for new projects, and expand professional networks.
• Discover Poznań through a guided city tour showcasing its history and unique character.

Karadeniz Technical University - Staff Week Invitation

DE VINCI HIGHER EDUCATION INTERNATIONAL WEEK 2026
We are pleased to announce that our next International Week will be offered this year in a blended format (in-person and remotely) from March 30 to April 3, 2026, for the De Vinci Higher Education Schools: ESILV (School of Engineering), EMLV (Business School) and IIM (Digital School).
De Vinci Higher Education has developed a transversal academic approach which blends the different specializations, allowing students to work online, whilst progressing in their studies and developing digital skills. This year's International Week will engage 1500 undergraduate students across our three schools, over five days of activities.
Participants may join the event either in person on our campuses in Paris and Nantes, or remotely from their home institutions.
Course details:
• Each course will last 3 hours, except for IIM students, whose courses will be 2 hours.
• You can choose to either repeat the same course for different groups of students or teach two distinct courses for a total of 6 teaching hours during the week.
• You also have the possibility of giving one three-hour class in-person at De Vinci and another remotely.
Registration Process:
To participate, please confirm your registration by completing the REGISTRATION FORM by January 12, 2026. After submission and selection, you will receive a course outline form to complete, along with instructions for submitting an ID photo.

Kaiserslautern UAS: International Staff Training
We are pleased to announce that Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences will host another International Staff Training. This time our programme will focus on “Inspire. Connect. Achieve. International Marketing in Higher Education”.
When? 17 - 19 March 2026
What? We offer an exchange on the topic of international marketing for universities in a motivating atmosphere.
How?
The staff training will take place at two of our university locations, Kaiserslautern and Zweibrücken. Our interactive and varied programme will consist of workshops, presentations, best practice examples and discussions with international colleagues. International Staff Week 2025 "inclusive.together" University of Konstanz | December 01. - 05.

METU Teaching Week (13–17 April 2026) — Erasmus+ Incoming Teaching Staff Call
We are proud to inform you about our very first Erasmus+ teaching week!
We kindly invite your academic staff to apply to METU Teaching Week, a structured, high-impact Erasmus+ KA131 Incoming Teaching Staff Mobility hosted 13–17 April 2026 on our campus. The application window is 6 October–10 November 2025.
This year’s theme is Ethics, Responsibility & Sustainability in Engineering. We welcome faculty members from Engineering and experts from related areas (e.g., Engineering Education) who can contribute to first-year introductory courses. Minimum B2 English is expected as per the IIA.
What the week includes:
• 8 hours of teaching (lectures, seminars, or workshops) over five days
• Departmental engagement (guest lectures/class visits), research center & lab visits
• METU Technopolis (Technopark) tour & stakeholder meetings
• Guided campus experience and networking; opening briefing & closing gala
• Capacity limited to 30 participants to maximise interaction
How to apply (through your institution):
1. Interested academics first apply to their home university for Erasmus+ staff teaching funding.
2. After your internal selection, please e-mail METU the signed Mobility Proposal (attached), CV, and passport/ID copy.
3. Deadline: 10 November 2025.
Before application:
Please ensure an Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) with METU that covers teaching mobility. If not in place, we can conclude one prior to the visit, subject to mutual confirmation.
