Erasmus Courses Ireland introduces Erasmus+ VET and Higher Education Coordinator Staff Week, taking place in Ireland from 9-13 November 2026.

The programme is intended for Erasmus+ coordinators, International Relations staff and professionals responsible for institutional mobility and European partnerships. It will combine structured professional learning, peer exchange, institutional visits and facilitated opportunities to meet colleagues from Irish and European education organisations. The 5 day programme in Ireland will examine several areas of current strategic importance, including:

• quality and institutional impact in Erasmus+ mobility;
• internationalisation and sustainable European partnerships;
• the practical application of digitalisation and artificial intelligence;
• skills development, employability and learner support; and
• approaches to developing effective long-term mobility partnerships.

For participating institutions, the Staff Week will provide an opportunity to compare practice with European colleagues, identify potential partners for future mobility and cooperation, and consider practical approaches that can be applied within their own international programmes.

 

UPG Staff Week 2026 November

Guarda Polytechnic University is  organizing the Staff Week "Living Portugal: Language, Culture and Heritage", to be held between 16th-20th November 2026, in Guarda.

A virtual component  will also be held on 27th October aiming to introduce all participants to the Portuguese cultural context and prepare them to the on-site activities.

This event is targeted to academic and administrative staff from all fields coming from partner institutions. The participation is free of charge and candidates can apply for Erasmus+ STT funding at their home institution. The working language will be mainly English, so participants should have a minimum B1 level of English, during a 5-day week of activities.

Saint-Louis Bruxelles' Academic Staff Week

We are pleased to invite colleagues from your International Relations Office to join the 7th edition of our Staff Week, European Values in a Global Context: A Staff Week for IRO Staff from Europe and Beyond, taking place in Brussels from 13 to 16 April 2027.

Organised by UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles in collaboration with the Circle U. Alliance, this four-day event will bring together International Relations professionals from our European and non-European partner institutions to exchange ideas, share good practices, explore new opportunities for collaboration, and reflect on the role of universities in fostering democratic participation and civic engagement. Participants will also benefit from dedicated networking opportunities, peer-learning activities, and a cultural programme in the heart of Europe.

Erasmus+ Staff Training Week 2026 at Technical University of Liberec (TUL)

We are delighted to invite you to the Erasmus+ Staff Training Week 2026 hosted by the Technical University of Liberec (TUL), Czech Republic!

This year’s theme is “EUphoria – Where Values Meet Wellbeing”, and the event will take place from 3 to 5 November 2026.

Ecological Sustainability in Action at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences

International Week 2026 at Universidad Europea de Valencia

We are delighted to announce the first International Week at Universidad Europea de Valencia, which will take place from 16 to 20 November 2026.

This event will bring together colleagues from our partner institutions to strengthen international collaboration, exchange good practices, and create new opportunities for students and staff.

We are pleased to invite:

• International Office representatives to participate on 16 and 17 November.
• Faculty members to join us between 16 and 20 November and deliver guest lectures to our students in their areas of expertise.

As part of the programme, we will also organise a Study Abroad Fair, where partner universities will have the opportunity to present their institutions and promote international mobility opportunities directly to our students.

The week will include:

• Networking opportunities with UEV staff and international partners.
• Guest lectures and academic exchanges.
• Study Abroad Fair for students interested in international mobility.
• Social and cultural activities in Valencia.

New Programme Highlights 2027

The Language Teaching Institute (SLI) at the Faculty of Philology, University of Freiburg, is pleased to present its course programme for 2027. The courses are designed for university, school, and higher education staff worldwide and offer a valuable opportunity for linguistic and professional development as well as international exchange.

Our programmes consist of 20 hours per week and include the following strands:

The iaelyon International Week 2027
