Please be informed, that to ensure the best opportunity for sharing experiences and to form a varied group of participants, all preliminary applications will be evaluated based on home county, institution and position. We will inform all applicants about the status of their application until July 15.

Participation will be confirmed afterwards, by payment of the registration fee. The registration fee covers the participation at the programs, welcome package, coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner and the trip to Szentendre. Travel and accommodation costs have to be covered by the participants. Further information about the exact process of payment will be announced by July 15.
