Scholarship Programme for Christian Young People

In the spirit of the solidarity policy towards the persecuted Christian religious communities in the World the Government of Hungary founded the Scholarship Programme for Christian Young People in 2016.

Programme is managed and coordinated by the State Secretariat for the Aid of Persecuted Christians and for the Hungary Helps Programme in cooperation with the Tempus Public Foundation.

The primary geographical focus is the Middle East (Egypt, Lebanese Republic, Republic of Iraq, State of Israel, Palestine, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Syrian Arab Republic), the Sub-Saharan region (Republic of Kenya, Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Nigeria) and the Transcaucasia region (Republic of Armenia).
