PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR PART-TIME INCOMING STUDIES

For study-related issues, please visit this page!

Welcome to BME!

Below you find some practical information to help you arranging your exchange time here. We advise you to read it carefully, as with this information you will easily organise your successful stay!

For study-related issues, such as academic calendar, course registration, learning agreements, arrival certificate/confirmation of stay, transcript of records or any NEPTUN requests, rules and regulations please visit the Central Academic Office (CAO) website or in person in their contact hours.

In case you know that you will not be able to arrive in time, because of long visa procedures or pandemic related reasons, you may submit the E022 request in Neptun.

This is a request form designated to students to participate in studies in an asynchronous way of learning at the beginning of the term. Please kindly note, that you are not allowed to request it for the whole term, only for a shorter period, and upon submission, the request will be assessed by your BME Faculty Study Committee.

Arrival information
